As a fast-growing startup, My Worthy Home faced challenges with maintaining a unified brand image across multiple platforms. With several designers contributing independently, visuals often lacked consistency and clear brand tone. The team needed a scalable visual system and leadership to ensure all content aligned with the company’s aesthetic vision and marketing goals.

To establish a structured workflow and consistent visual identity that improved brand cohesion, streamlined communication between interns, and optimized the company’s online marketing content for engagement and conversion.

Solution

Developed a cohesive design system that included a structured visual library, typographic hierarchy, and a unified colour palette that reflected My Worthy Home’s personality — modern, natural, and inviting. The asset system became the core foundation for the team’s design production, ensuring brand alignment and efficiency. Each week, we implemented themed content campaigns based on lifestyle trends and user engagement data, improving audience connection and online traffic.

As Lead Graphic Designer Intern, I managed a multidisciplinary creative team of graphic and content interns: Established brand design systems and reusable asset packages for cross-platform use. Organized and led weekly design meetings via Slack to discuss strategy, content themes, and progress. Collaborated closely with the CEO and content managers to align visual strategy with business goals. Mentored and provided design feedback to interns, improving creative consistency and confidence. Designed original promotional assets and editorial visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Created an onboarding guide for new designers to ensure smooth transitions between internship cycles.
